Yes, you can chat with a doctor online, via text and/or over the phone. Our network of board-certified clinicians is available 24/7/365. They can diagnose, prescribe medication for treatment, issue prescription refills, and more.
Can I use my insurance to pay for this?
No, but it’s usually cheaper than your insurance copay so you still win! You can use this service even with your current insurance plan.
Is this Insurance?
My Time Doc Memberships are not insurance, we do not provide Minimum Essential coverage. This membership does not take the place of a medical insurance plan. Our service gives you direct access to a doctor quickly.
How Many times can I use this service?
As many times as you like. There is no limit on use. We do ask that you use this service responisbly.
How old can my children be to stay on my plan
As long as your children are from ages 2 - 20 years old, and live with you at your address, they can be added to your membership.
If I don't want to continue my membership, can I cancel it?
Yes. Your cancelation date will be 90 past your initial sign-up or 15 days post your last use if you have passed your initial 90 days. To cancel please email customerservice@mytimedoc.com or press. You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours.
